Jahan is an ambitious renovation project transforming an old house into a stunning residence that harmoniously blends classical Spanish architecture with modern elements. Originally built on a plot area of 3,000 sq. ft., the house had a built-up area of 4,500 sq. ft. Our redesign has expanded this to a generous 6,000 sq. ft., utilizing the existing structure while introducing a completely new floor plan.The architectural design of Jahan embraces the elegance of Spanish classical aesthetics, characterized by intricate detailing, arched doorways, and traditional stucco walls. These elements are seamlessly integrated with modern touches, ensuring both timeless beauty and contemporary comfort.
